wait I take back the puppy comment, this image remind me of the baby fennec fox instead.
This is almost exactly same as the "Elephant" (which I already thought was a mouse). Maybe a little more unique puzzles would work better?

Naturally the tiny animal puzzles will look similar in some respects. This picture is good. It's not the same as the fox puzzle. The mouse has larger ears.

To be honest, this picture can look like A mouse, a grey fennec fox, a puppy, or just a cute little pixel art. I don't get why people are showing so much hate to it, I like this one!
If there was a rating about "clever and simple" the puzzles from Crazylto would get the highest rating from me. Never click-click-click-in-a-raw; with every pixel you set something get obvious at another line or raw. This "puzzle-character" makes the fun in nonograms in my opinion.

Cute yet simple! Don’t know why everyone’s hating, I can easily recognise it! Only thing I find is the fact it’s the same as the fox one I believe you did. :-)
