Because it's not the big grey one :D Even if in the movie, only the big one is named Totoro by Mei, all of his familly are Totoros too. Their names actually are Ô-Totoro (the big one known as Totoro), Chû-Totoro (the blue one here), and Chibi-Totoro (the white little guy) :D
