My favourite is Robin, but you've already got Kermit, so I don't know if you want to do another frog. I guess my second favourite is... gosh... hard to choose! I'll go for Beaker.
I'd love to see the whole Electric Mayhem, but it'd require a bigger nonogram than this series has had so far

If I listed my favorite Muppets, a lot of people would have no idea who any of them are. They'd be like "What's a Jim Henson Hour? Why does this character look like that?" No one's gonna know who Digit, Vicki, or Lindbergh are. Maybe they'll know Waldo C Graphic, but only from MuppetVision 3D. And even though she's in The Muppet Show, people knowing about Trumpet Girl is slim. So maybe save any more obscure Muppets for later on in this series.
That being said, I'd also love to see all six members of the Electric Mayhem in one pic together. Possibly with Floyd holding onto Animal's chain?
