Good one. Nice use of greys to capture the light shimmer.
Haha! If a record is a Music Plate, is a CD a Record Saucer? :P Nice puzzle!
Fun
I took the yellow to be the label on an LP. If it's a 45, the yellow would have to be the adapter you stick in the big hole so you can play it on your regular record player. See how old I am to know this stuff?
I love it!
It could also be an LP - known as a 33 (from the number of revs per minute it plays at) or even (and I'm old enough to remember these) a 78!
Guest is right. 33 rpm LP. (I'm also 78 and remember these.) The checking software enters errors until the puzzle is completed, making it difficult at times.
Translation can be very interesting. I like the idea of a plate and saucer for an LP and a CD. :-)
I have lots of 7 inch singles that don't have the big hole requiring the adapter
Some singles had plastic middle bits that would go on the smaller spindle but could be pushed out if using the bigger one. Anyone remember E.P. (extended play) records?
