Japanese crossword «Pringles Guy»

I used to eat so many of these in my teens, when they first came out. This image has shown me for the first time how ironic it is that a Space Age, highly processed potato chip was advertised with a nineteenth century image. This guy should be on an old-fashioned kettle chip or something.
