Knife actually, the blue one is likely Sakuya from Touhou Project.
Not sure on the purple one though. After searching she may be one of the Futaba Channel (also called 2chan, and inspired 4chan) mascots, Yakui.

I tried something interesting with this puzzle--did every square of one color before moving on to the next. color with fewest squares to one with the most. made it interesting, but harder to interpret the image. I did wonder about the sword once I saw the title...

Everyone's talking about the unidentified weapon on the ground, which is the only reason I now know about the weapon on the floor. I didn't even notice it when I solved the puzzle.
Yeah, the 31:32 makes a lot of sense now...
