It almost has reflection symmetry, but not quite: There's that one extra black cell on the underside of the handle (row 10, column 5). Is that stray cell meant to represent something?

This was a fun solve and challenging too - especially for such a small one. I had a few false starts (literally cleared the puzzle twice) then focused on the gray first and it all came together for me.
