I solved the face first, and thought it might be Thomas the Tank Engine.

Ok, it was embarrassingly hard at the end to solve the area with the sword and the corner of the hat logically. I knew where the colors were supposed to go but I kept twisting my brain to prove WHY they did so I could fill the squares in.
