Very nice picture, but the three yellows are very close, and may cause issues for some players.

I tried it myself and it was annoying. Won't make that mistake later!

I complimented you in that regard on your other puzzle I did today before I saw this one. I'm going to take a pass on this one because of the colours, I'm sorry to say...
I look forward to more puzzles from you that I CAN do. :)

Did you know that you can change settings and customize how to change colors? For example I set mine so that when I right click on a square it changes to that color. This makes things much easier.

If you mean left click, I do that, but I don't like having to go back and forth from the grid to the numbers, especially since my middle-aged eyes aren't great at tracking.

No, I set it up to right click, but I understand the back and forth issue, especially if you play on your phone.

I wouldn't be able to cope with these on a phone! I've got a nice big monitor, and it's not big enough for me! My optometrist says my eyes aren't getting worse... Maybe it's my brain?
replyWell, this cropped up on a search I did by size while waiting for today's puzzles to drop. I explored the options and checked out "Switch on changing colour by a click," and it was helpful. It's a left click, so I'm not sure it's what you meant, TNG. I've had "A left click on the number chooses the colour" selected for some time, and it's also useful.
Bottom line: I completed the puzzle and agree that it's lovely, although the blues are also a bit hard to distinguish.

I don't like the back-and-forth either, so I go to the "use my own palette" option at the bottom of the settings menu. Pick colors you have no problem distinguishing and the author's palette is replaced by yours. And when you're done the completed picture switches back to the author's colors. It sometimes makes recognizing the subject during solving nigh impossible, but I no longer get headaches trying to tell close colors apart.

You got my hopes up... but I don't seem to have that option in my settings -- just "change personal information" and "change password."

Sorry--not "Settings" under "Comments" and "Profile". I mean the gear-shaped symbol up above the puzzle.

I liked it because the colors were so close. It really made it special. You can put the settings so you click on the side what you are placing on the puzzle and it goes to the correct color. No more eye craziness trying to determine colors.

Turned out not to be a lemon with blue leaves.

It's a bit difficult to tell the different shades of yellow apart, otherwise nicely done, thank you
replyI loved the use of different shades, it really makes the details interesting.
replyI did ok with the yellows, but I thought it was going to be the Golden Snitch, thanks
