It amazes me how the website can fight you tooth and nail when colors are even remotely similar and scream there's not enough contrast. And then puzzles like this make it through. Great puzzle with cute subject matter, but dang this website algorithm has no objective standard lol

It took lots of different pictures because the colors were too simular, I still did lots of fighting lol

replyBah, don't listen to the "too similar" crying. Most of us have no trouble seeing the different colors, and the shading is wonderful. A nice subtle color selection and a great pic. Keep it coming.

I tend to pick the colour from the numbers instead of the palette above and the two greys still tricked me. But it's nice.

On a touchscreen (maybe also on a clicky computer, I just haven't found the settings for that) if you point at a number at the start of the row / coloumn, you pick up that colour. Easier than scrolling back to the palette each time.
Might need some fiddling with the settings.
