Its clever once you see the picture, just doesn't jump out at you to begin with
replyHad to take off my glasses to see it, but when I did it's quite good! Cute hen!

Good thing there's a title, because it doesn't look like anything.
replyI'll admit, took a few seconds to see it - but this was really a fun picture!
replyHow did you do a picture of a chicken eating with such a small puzzle? This is astounding! I love the action in the picture and its novelty!
replyNote: I had to make the picture small to see what it was.
replyAfter immersing myself in nonograms for the past months, I still consider this one of the most amazing accomplishments of any of the artists on here. It is an expressionist (impressionist?) rendering of a hen. With a few simple strokes that don't really look like anything, you create a thumbnail of a hen pecking at food on the ground. Action, creativity, art--it's all here. And I challenge those of you who object to the spelling to function in Russian. I've tried it and I'm sure I read like an idiot. So--one of my favorites here!
replyAs long as I'm ranting: note the use of negative space! I still can't get over how the picture transforms from looking like nothing to looking like a hen in the thumbnail! Amazing accomplishment!
replyThis is an amazingly well done image and should serve as an inspiration for those who create our puzzles.
The pictures you have to zoom out on to see clearly are often the best ones in my opinion.

First it was hard to see but still great puzzle and picture
replyMy daughter could tell immediatelly what it was after I completed the puzzle. I like it very much and I agree with Sheryl Hill.
replyI think it's VERY well done for such a small size. I love to see nonograms that aren't just stick figures or silhouettes. Outstanding work!
replyGood job, PoNOlvik! I love your use of negative space and your creation of tiny pictures full of action!
replyI like it for the different positioning of the hen and the use of negative space. The picture wasn't clear though when finished, I believe there is a better way to design the puzzle.
replyIt was very very hard to see, I was looking through the comments and i found one that made me look again and i finally saw it, what a nice hen(By the way spelling mistake)
replyI don't understand why so many of you don't like the picture! in such a small space, it's hard to do anything, so i'm impressed! except the spelling mistake (white), it's a lovely cute little hen! :3

Hmmm...I have to admit at first I had no idea what it was & was questioning in my mind if it was a sheep. But then realized it was facing to the right and not the left! Truly well done & very creative & imaginative lil hen!

Well, I have sen it as white dog at the beginning, but the other name fits better ;)
too easy... and absolutely no picture. Back out while you still can!

For those who finished the chicken, try looking at an angle. It still sucks though.
i think it is a hen pecking at the ground on the left. tell me if that is correct
replyThe first expressionistic picture on this site. Amazing! Spasibo, Poinovik!

Yes totally agree with Sheryl_Hill, so clever and creative. I wasn't sure at first until someone mentioned a beak not 3 legs. I had it back to front :D
White in Russian translates back as bianco, who cares if the 'h' was left out?! Spasibo PolNOvik!
