would be good if color pallet can hover/move around screen so no matter what size your screen is when maximized you can access it

You can set it so that clicking any numbered square will change your active color. Sometimes that's easier.

That definitely helps, but still have to have either the top or side guide in view to do that... I know when you go to full screen view you can lock the top bar, but (at least on my computer/browser) it doesn't allow you to scroll
