Uhm - datelines are different in depending on geographical location... today it's March 10 where I am but it's still March 9 elsewhere

It does hold a symbolic meaning to Ukraine and its people. Nevertheless, I made and posted this puzzle without that in mind.
replyFirst, the sunflower is the national symbol of Ukraine.
Second, the whole world (except China and Belarus) is on Ukraines side. Just sayin'.

Great picture. I immediately figured out what the picture was based on the color layouts, but I was a bit surprised at how long it took me to actually solve this. Lots of little problems to solve in order to nail it down.
