Japanese crossword «Little Pokeball»

I think this is the first puzzle of yours that I've have the chance to do, and I like it!

Small-boss' mastery of color is on full display here. Even more so, her ability to work so many colors into a tiny puzzle and still make it a reasonable challenge is remarkable. Most puzzles of this size with two grid-spanning rows would be trivial at best. Small-boss uses this against us to great success by incorporating just enough white space to force a logical solve where a paint-by-numbers approach would seem more likely. Great puzzle. Beautiful depiction of the subject. The only unanswered question...
