A cheer leader...or a song and dance performer??? :):)
Like most of seans' puzzles, this is a simple solve. Large, blocky and with simple color distribution, large sections of the puzzle are filled in without much thought. When it comes to color puzzles, too many become paint-by-numbers affairs because constructors prioritize the image over how that image will translate to solvability. seans does well by keeping the color palette simple. There's nothing here to trip up even the most novice of solvers, but not every puzzle needs to be an exercise in mental gymnastics. The tone of the resulting image fits the difficulty level perfectly.
On the topic of the image... bah-humbug! The subject's proportions are wonky: head is too small, feet are too big. There is a missing red pixel in r6,c15. It seems seans has gotten into the holiday spirit a little early. Perhaps a holiday 'spirit' crept into their glass of eggnog while creating this apparent first draft! Or maybe I'm just a Scrooge. At least seans rarely requests a day off, unlike that lazy Bob Cratchit!
