Small-boss delivers another well-crafted puzzle in a series that I hope continues for awhile. With over 35 years of inspiration to draw from, she shouldn't run out of material any time soon! The puzzle itself is enjoyable to complete. Nowhere near as tricky as the last two, due to the higher pixel density and smaller grid. Still, this puzzle is not a walk in the park and asks the solver to move around the grid to find the next move. The color palette never confuses and adds to puzzle's solvability. New and seasoned solvers will find something to enjoy here.
The final image should be immediately recognizable to anyone with even a passing enjoyment of pop culture during the last three decades. Shading is spot-on without creating undue difficulty in solving the puzzle. The subject's eyes are wonderfully expressive (*spoiler*) and make up for the lack of movement.
Overall: Can't wait for the next one!

It appears to me that Goomba is looking up and realizing that his final moments are upon him just as Mario descends to flatten him. One can only hope he is a late world Goomba and not the poor sap from 1-1 who has doubtlessly been smooshed more than any other enemy in Mario's extensive catalog.

That's the dream isn't it? Unfortunately, I have the same 24 hours in a day as everyone else. One can only hope the number of days is sufficient to lead a full and satisfying life.
