The attention to detail in the shading produces an image that is fully realized without falling into the trap of using shades that are too similar. With that in mind, it feels like the constructor placed too much emphasis on the color palette and not enough into the macro details. The subject's mouth area is undefined and one eye blurs with the border in a way that looks like a disfigurement. The 'feet' seem like an attempt to add complexity to the puzzle, but they are underdeveloped and treated like an extension to the outline. A few small tweaks to the subject's proportions could eliminate the rows and columns that completely fill their respective space and create a slightly more difficult puzzle.
Overall, the attention to individual color pixels shows a talented artist and constructor capable of elevating a tired subject to fresh heights. In this case, a little more work was necessary.
