I have no idea what this is, I thought it was a headless flamingo, but evidently not. Google had no easy answers, except something about a crocodile and I really can't be bothered pursuing it.

It's a cartoon bird . Most likely unfamiliar to many of us because based on the language of the search results when it is googled it is not a western cartoon .
can't see too much what it should be, therefore no beautiful note, but interesting to solve !
