Had to look it up to understand the reference, but after that I could see it was pretty accurate!
I think a better title (for those unfamiliar with it) would be something like "The Binding of Isaac" or "Isaac from The Binding of Isaac." That way people could look it up more easily.

replyVery well done! I was able to recognize it before finishing the puzzle. I do agree with comments asking for the title to be altered to add more description as it is pretty vague. Other than that, great puzzle!

The game this is from is definitely weird. It's called the Binding of Isaac, a randomly generated rogue-lite where you fight against monsters and Biblical references taking on monstrous forms. I have personally sunk hundreds of hours into this game, and even more so into its remake, The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth, which is honestly better than the original in every way.
