I love the picture,but I don't really understand the title.

The picture was drawn from a poem by the classic of Russian poetry by Pushkin:
There is a green oak by the sea;
There is a golden chain upon the oak:
And night and day a wise cat
Walks around upon the chain;
It goes to the right -- and starts to sing,
It goes to the left -- and tells a story…

Russian original:
У лукоморья дуб зеленый;
Златая цепь на дубе том:
И днем и ночью кот ученый
Все ходит по цепи кругом;

replyIf there was a rating ABOVE "very beautiful", I'd give it to this one - for wonderful use of colors, a beautiful cat, a great setting, and for introducing me to what seems to be a lovely poem (I'm going to Google it now.) Thank you (my cat likes this one too!)
