Even after I was done with the picture, I couldn't see what it was. The title didn't help till after I googled it

It's at an unusual angle in terms of previous nonogram designs, but a common angle in real life--a challenge to capture in a puzzle this size. The background is unique to certain parts of the world, so it fooled my eye until I thought about it for awhile.
