Japanese crossword «Mania»

I'm not sure I know what this is even with the title. I think I am seeing a building with 2 windows and a man perhaps?

I think the best view is the one you get when you hit the Answer button above the puzzle--you can see the three dimensions and the reflections from the moonlight.
SPOILER/GUESS? I am guessing that we are seeing the inside of a room with reflections of the door coming towards us and partial walls on the left and right. If the subject is mania. there is a sense in which the normal boundaries cannot contain the person: it seems that the sky is the limit, but, as I understand it, the person becomes ungrounded, disconnected from reality, unable to return home.
