Incorrect. A Jack-o-lantern is only a Jack o' lantern if it is lighted. The term is another name for a will o' wisp. Both are terms for unexplained lights usually in peat bogs. This is clearly not lit as it would need to be to be a jack o' lantern. Therefore it is a carved pumpkin and nothing more.
There's an awfully big clue in the name itself. Hint: "lantern".
