I couldn't figure out how to solve the stripes on the left logically. Maybe I could have eventually, but I didn't have all day. They weren't hard to guess from the right side.

Work from the leftmost column in. The yellow has to be the bottom, so the two rows with yellow as the leftmost value are the bottom ones. Yellows stay as the bottoms as more spaces become unavailable; oranges slot in neatly above/beside.
