Amazingly awful, my 9-year-old brother would have made a better drawing.

I'm guessing that there's snow on the ground and on other parts of he image. This could explain why the image appears the way it does.
replyI thought this was nice - the patches of white make it a little more of a puzzle, and a little less of a colouring-in book
replyWell Flor Balbi - let´s see what pictures you created so far...
replyGood one. Final picture a little peculiar, but I like these kids cartoony style ones.
replyThe picture is really strange. It looks half finished. I thought maybe it was a house burning down due to the red and orange on the roof and how there are several empty spaces. It was a challenge to figure out though, and I did enjoy it.

The empty spaces are snow, but I understand why yougot confused: is not a very good picture
replyI like the colors and unique highlights. Bldgs and houses often boring, this is a bit unique
replyI zoomed out to really see the whole image and was surprised. It looks so much better in smaller scale. For those uncertain the white parts are snow. And the roof is made from red tiles.
replyI worked primarily left-to-right, and the whole time I thought I was doing a rocket ship on a landing pad. lol! In response to Flor Balbi, this isn't just a drawing of a house; it's a puzzle made with tiles, like a mosaic. And the author was obviously trying to do something artistic, not just make another run-of-the-mill "House with Sun" picture. Also, why use your brother as a way to insult someone?
replysurprised nobody else has commented on how the two yellows are so much alike. Would have helped if they put one with white numbers and the other with black. This made the puzzle very difficult for me and I had to "check puzzle" a few times to see if I had the right yellow
replyReminds me of places I saw in Europe. I like the use of negative space to show the sun reflecting on surfaces or where paint has worn off. It looks like an old place with lots of character.
replyI see that you have only designed three crosswords, Ivan. I love the creativity of this design. It is one of my favorite House crosswords. You are a talented artist. I hope we see more of your designs.
replyI thought it was well thought out and was a nice challenge - well done :)
replyFor me, practically everything that's white is confusing. Why doesn't the sky reach the ground? And if it's snow, why does the snow reach the eaves on both sides of the house but is completely absent in front? Still, a nice change from the basic block house.
replyThe roof is a real challenge! The white spots were at first a bit confusing but I like the puzzle.
replyI agree the roof was the challenge. Beautifully done.
replyDon't understand why this nonogram has 3 difficulty stars? it's very simple...
replyThe two yellows aren’t at all close in color. If they look the same, you either need to do the puzzles in better light or adjust your monitor
replyAw, this is one creative puzzle. It didn't quite work in terms of the final result, in my opinion, but it's still a good puzzle. I like really like the colours. I do have to admit that I needed a hint in order to do the roof, although when I saw it, I went d'oh!
replyI found the red/orange part quite difficult, but I did manage to do it in the average time.
