OK, I am nit-picking, but who decides to order of the colors in a puzzle? If the black is used only once, why is it the third number listed? I think the colors should be listed in order of use. 1 being the most used color, 2 the second most used, etc...

It appears the colors appear in this order: top to bottom from left to right. At least in this puzzle.
