Changing the name from "Poni" might get this more praise. You don't want meme names on this site, nobody is going to get it.

I'm guessing this is supposed to be Pinky Pie, but I'm a little thrown off by the lack of a nose.

The colors are pretty, but it's a lackluster portrayal of Pinkie Pie. A little more detail is needed... and the name needs to actually hint as to what it is. Most people won't know who Pinkie Pie is. Thanks for the puzzle though!
