He's caught a mouse outside? House is in the background?

Sort of funny: this is the 4th puzzle of this subject I've done by clicking on 'random' puzzle. Guess it's a popular topic! And I assumed that was a window in the back, but perhaps it's a house.

looks like the thing in the background is a bit of door with a cat flap in it and the little dot bottom left could be a bit of rodent perhaps.
