Uhhhhhh, what am I looking at? Is SPB supposed to stand for Saint Petersburg?
replyIt does seem to mean Saint-Petersburg, at least, judging by the same crossword on the Russian part of this website. There it's called 'Peter'.
replyDon't know what it is, but I enjoyed solving it.
replyFrom the nonogram.ru site, the comments for the equivalent picture point to the Peter and Paul fortress on the Neva River in St Petersburg, Russia. I have looked at countless pictures of St Petersburg and of the fortress and although I can see some resemblances, I still can't identify this image. One comment on the Russian site chides the author for "abstractionism". Maybe that's the best title.

Drawbridge in St. Peterburg, in the middle seen the tower of the palace or the fortress, reflections in the river. Not really good image. Even russian people don't recognize it.
