Which came first? This version or Wrigley's?

The ones which have a line all the way across, especially on an edge, have reduce the effective size of the puzzle. They are easier - no thinking for that line.

Had to look up 'skittle.' British?

Never heard of skittle, but I do now. I like the picture but didn't like the puzzle with both a line and a column all across.
