I think they were going for some kind of pictographic interpretation of African masks, but yeah, just naming this image Africa is in bad taste.

It wasn't Russia that kidnapped Africans and enslaved them. So a Russian kid doesn't think twice about drawing some African art and calling it Africa. Y'all need to talk to these artists and get to know them. A bit of culture shock ahead...

I don't see anything racist here. These two people look like members of some african tribes. If it's racist then they themselves are racist that they looked this way. :)
