Dear FANATIC_DRAFTDODGER, "Maski Show in the army" was filmed in 1993, almost 20 years before the Ukrainian events. And there was enough idiocy in recruitment (and not only) at all times. So this episode, in my opinion, refers rather to "The Good Soldier Švejk" by Jaroslav Hasek.
