Great puzzle! I actually found it somewhat difficult.
30 minutes without Xs. Should be around 2.5 star difficulty I guess?

I doubt this is what the author intended, but my instant reaction to the thumbnail was that the meditative guru is topless, wearing earrings and sporting a fu manchu-ish moustache - such that it looked like Glenn Hughes from The Village People. :D
