I think I know what it is (per the title and thumbnail, as the actual image is difficult to see). Good subject, but I think it could be cleaner.

If you squint your eyes, and use my weird imagination (I'll lend it to you), it could be a chameleon head (on the right, facing to the left (you might recognize the big eyeball)) looking at some tropical leaves on the left side... Or maybe I'm just too tired and I'm seeing things. :)
