I could have really done with this excellent image some years ago on a business trip to a factory in China.
Our hosts had little English & we had even less Chinese. They took us to a local cafe for lunch - to give you an idea of the sort of establishment - there were no menus, no English spoken & a chicken in a cage that you could select. Not wanting to spoil the chicken's day I decided on shrimp.
After a few minutes of trying to make shrimp like movements the waitress brought pen & paper & I did my best attempt at a shrimp drawing.
To say it was really, really bad is something of an understatement.
It was so bad that the waitress went into the kitchen & produced an onion & a tomato to try to match my drawing. I nodded & smiled & a short time later I ate a vegetarian dish for lunch.
