I... um... used all three hints and then had to do a little guessing. Wish there were more hints because I always learn from then (except when it was something obvious I just happened to miss...). And that was WITH Xs!

Agree re learning from the hints! I used 2 hints in this one and then managed to figure out the rest.

Wow, this one gave me a hard times. Hard to use pretty complicated method to solve. But managed without hints.

Definitely a really tough puzzle. Took me a long time to get going and then there's one ridiculously hard part. Once you get that, it's smooth sailing. Eventually got through it without hints and used a handful of X's on the left side but not tremendously many.
