I had to keep pecking away to get it started. I wasn't sure I would be able to get it done without Xs, because some days my counting skills leave much to be desired.

I think there are two, and I miscounted them both at the beginning, which left me with nothing until I went back and counted again. After that, it became one of those lovely ones that reveals itself one pixel at a time.
