Had this incredible squab when my sister won a trip-for-2 to the Marlboro Ranch several years ago - one of the best things I've ever tasted. Even asked for the recipe before we left, and have been trying to recreate it for years - but apparently it was a perfect blend of bird, sauce, wood it was being cooked over, etc.
replyI am a vegetarian. But if people eat meat / fish I'd rather have them eat wild animals instead of the ones that have spent their entire life inside on a farm, with hardly any space to move. And other cruelties that befall them. At least those wild animals will have had a normal life until the moment they are shot.
