A first? She's created over 1000 puzzles, and they're wonderful! Or am I missing something here...

This one's almost closer to a medium. (I'm not sure where the division between small and medium is.) But in any case, have a look at her profile -- she's done some as small as 15 x 15.

i found this on in the Small category. I think the division is one dimension <26.

Yes, I know it was in the Small category, but I find my definitions of "small" and "medium" seem to differ from the site's. I consider "small" to be any puzzle that fits on my screen without changing the resolution or zooming out. :)
I would expect it would be based on the number of pixels -- i.e., height x width -- but I haven't taken the time to try to figure it out.

I gave up using no Xs very early on.

I was wondering if that was a signature or bee poo.

It's Tverianka's signature "JT.". She signs almost all of her puzzles, sometimes cleverly hidden. Apparently bees are not concerned about concealing their poop.

I never noticed the signature in her puzzles. I think I get too caught up in the little picture, which is probably why Mr. Wonderful always sees the puzzle before I do.

I think I read somewhere that she is / was an art teacher, hence the artistic quality of her work. Like a true artist she typically signs her work. Check out this one www.nonograms.org/nonograms/i/65654. Very clever!

Hi all. thanks for your feedback. they amuse me a lot and inspire me to make new nanograms. Signature appeared only after 2017. because a lot of my work was stolen and exhibited under their own names. but that doesn't help much.

I absolutely love your work, and I am glad you are still making new nonograms. I've been doing old small black and white puzzles from 2018 while I've been waiting for new ones to show up, and I'm always very excited when I see your name, whether from 2018 or today! You are one of the few designers who makes more difficult small puzzles, and I love the challenge you give, as well as the beauty of the picture.
replyI had a lot of 'how did I miss this important detail?!' moments and many of them continued with 'ok now I'm exactly one small pixel further.'
Fun to solve.

So haaard!!! Took me 2-3 times resetting until I get it right! Took 2 hours for the last attempt, but the total should be more than 8 hours, haha
replyThis is so lovely and so different from the usual pose for this subject. I found it very difficult, though; I not only needed xs from early on, I had to guess twice, and it took me 44 minutes.
