I actually avoid funerals. I have only been to 6 in my life; all parental units. In fact, I told all of my daughters that if they go first, I won't go to theirs either. Mr. Wonderful has requested no funeral should he go first.

OOOOPS! I am not up to speed on Disney movies. I got sent to my room because I didn't want to see Snow White with all of my younger siblings. I also refused to take little kids to a movie when I was raising them so they, too are Disney deprived. :D

I don't disagree that Disney deprivation is a good thing (I'm not normally a fan of aggressive alliteration, either), but remember that all the Disney movies are remakes of old stories. Don't dismiss them just because of their Disney treatment.

Since I am a reader, I read all of the stories to my girls. I also instilled a love for reading that has filtered down to all 9 of my grandkids.
