I didn't either, but I figured it out: It's a scuba diver, not somebody diving off a board or a cliff. I like the minimalist design!

I didn't either when I read the title incorrectly.

I read
Ready to drive...
Then I saw an accelerator pedal & a distorted windscreen!
There is NO hope for me!

It's very simple. Just think of it as being painted from the viewpoint of the turd.

So - I used to be married to Lorraine - we got along fine - until I met Deirdre at work & fell for her big style!
What to do?
Lorraine loved me - but I loved Deirdre more.
I hit on an evil plan - I took Lorraine to the top of Beachy Head & as she was admiring the view from the cliff top - I pushed her over the edge.
As I walked back to my car - I started to sing:
"I can see Deirdre now Lorraine has gone."

If you really, really, use your imagination, the numbers along the top and left side could be the diver's hair, with the goggles and snorkel on his 'face'.
Towards the end, it was a bit confusing, but it's nice and fun puzzle :)
