Actually, "that it is" is a better choice. That indicates agreement with the previous statement. "That is it" means "you have correctly identified the object in question".

Well, yes, you're right; I was interpreting Maburg's comment in a different way (as meaning that my statement captured what was to be said about the situation), but your interpretation makes more sense (as agreement that the service is impeccable).
