I tin man for my garden. I made him a yellow "brick" road and surrounded him with munchkin sunflowers.

First i though it was a claw, but then recognized it immediately! And I didn't remember how exactly he's face was, but the image, remind me perfectly!

There isn't really one face to remember. There's the illustration by Denslow in the original book, the illustrations done by I-forget-who for the twelve sequels, and of course Jack Haley's face in the movie.

I heard recently on the Literary Life Podcast that Dorothy's three friends represent the three parts of a whole human personality: the head (reason), the heart ("affections", like love and loyalty), and the belly (passions). It certainly seems to work for the first two.
