In the early days of this site, the crosswords had no titles. It must have been fun playing the "what is it?" game. :)
replyI see a baseball player with a bat. But I love cowboys, so I'll go with everyone else.
replyI see a cane in one hand and a gun in the other. Maybe it's a dancer on Broadway, in a play about gun slingers.

It's an old fashioned type of dance with a cane and a certain type of hat. Hard to portray in such a small space.

It is a Cossack sword dance or hopak, a traditional Ukrainian folk dance. For more information, see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hopak .
The logo for a show given in the UK is quite similar to Tverianka's crossword. http://www.cossackshow.co.uk .
The video shows a young woman learning the dance--first with sticks (until she has the movements perfected) then with an actual sword. She uses great concentration to avoid injuring herself: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AN3uhImuy6E .
Note that a variety of clothing styles (with and without hats) are worn by the dancers.

Not sure if Sheryl is right with her link. I can see a Zorro hat and a person, maybe with a cane. But the picture is okay if you just forget about the title I guess?
replyA sneaking thief with a weapon in one hand and a baseball bat in second
replyThe dance described in my spoiler is very Russian and extraordinary.
