This should have some kind of warning that it will make no sense to people who don't know Russian. (I assume it's Russian but if it's another language that's just further evidence of how inaccessible it is to anyone who doesn't know the language.)

Yes, I think it is Russian. It is the native language of some people in Eastern Ukraine - and those people are now eager to learn Ukranian and to forget everything that has anything to do with Russia, the language of the new Hitler whose name is Putin.
