Another confusing one -- a floating head, wearing Buster Keaton's hat? Water damage? There appears to be a window, but it's not where one would one would be expected to be found beside a bathtub; maybe it's another clue to the mystery.

To me - the window looks upside down (unless it has a blind pulled 2/3 down) and although there's a mean looking showerhead - there are no taps.
I love a fluffy bathmat - but Mr Wonderful appears to omitted this essential item - most worrying is that there is no rubber duck!

In the thumbprint the floating head looks like a toilet paper dispenser with a roll of toilet paper. Maybe the bathtub doesn't sit next to the wall with the window and toilet paper dispenser. But now, where's the toilet? Quite a mystery indeed!

That could be a towel hanging on a rack, that would be more likely than toilet paper, tho' the torn corner fits your theory better.
