I’m going to go against the grain here and say that I only bake bread because I knead the dough.

I must say that the portrayal of the sourdough aspect was not terribly successful. It might have been rye, pumpernickel, whole wheat. But I suppose, any way you slice it it's still bread. So, a toast to Linnea!
