I don't eat them as I have coeliac (English spelling) disease & they would make me ill.

Yorkshire is famous for its beer & meat pies & I can have neither.

I have done it a few times, so that makes a few with and 10000 without. The texture of a good cookie needs to be enjoyed on its own without getting soggy, but some are arguably designed to be better soggy. I would defer to the chef, but most are designed to be eaten without.

Naw, the perfect texture is taken out of the oven right before it's done so the inside is gooey & the outside is firm. Chocolate-chocolate chip cookies are the most popular around here. And, no I don't dunk.
