Good question! They post pictures once daily for all users between 4-7pm EST, though usually around 5:30ish. All pictures that reach them within a few minutes before they post tend to make it in, so they hardly need any lead time. I posted this one less than an hour before it went up.

Great depiction. Because I worked from the top down, I thought it was the Statue of Liberty flame. Were my feathers ruffled!

replyThis is probably the hardest to start puzzle I've ever tried. I got something in two rows, then nothing. I had to follow a series of contradictions probably five or six steps deep before I got my next block, and after that it went a lot better.
