too many one's and 2's.. not impressed

A real challenge (seemed much harder than other 3* puzzles) - but really worth it for such a superb picture. Spasibo, Ol_Ga.

Interesting how you can often see where the lines should go even before you know what the picture is. There's a low-level internal logic to the form. Excellent image!
